Eos Hefeweizen (from Nebraska Brewing)
Beer #2 of the four Nebraska Brewing cans that I picked up the other day. This one is a hefeweizen, a German style that indicates at least 50% of the grain that went into the malt is wheat. Pouring a lemonade yellow, with straggly white head, the aroma reminded me of a good Saison. Obviously wheaty, with some suggestions of Belgian-style yeast. Banana, clove and a little bubble gum round out the flavor profile. Thank you, I believe I'll have another.
