7% ABV, lots of hops, not just on the tongue, but in the aroma. Lakefront has done a good job with their version of India Pale Ale. Lots of haziness from sediment, medium orange color, huge frothy head that stood two fingers above the rim of the glass. Plenty of citrus in the taste and smell, including grapefruit and lemon. Not an everyday beer, but very serviceable with spicy food, like the sauage and home fries that I had with it. Saturday, October 30, 2010
Beer Review: Lakefront IPA
