I've got to admit, the name was what drew me to this beauty, but after 500 ml. of fine English Blonde Ale, I'm glad that I did! Wychcraft is brewed by Wychwood Brewery in the United Kingdom; it pours a cloudy orangey golden color, with a hefty white head. Kind of a biscuity flavor and no shortage of hops. Almost like hops dipped in caramel & butterscotch. As I got closer to the bottom of the glass I thought I tasted some Granny Smith apple in there too. While not an everyday or lawnmower beer, definitely a treat for now and again. Blessed be!
