Beer Review: Tallgrass India Pale Ale

India Pale Ale (IPA) is one of my favorite spring & summer beers. This one, from Tallgrass Brewing in Manhattan is a pretty fair representation of the style. Coppery-amber in color with virtually no head, the aroma has a hint of citrus, but less of a hops kick than I expected. Like most IPA's, this is not one for large-scale drinking, but great for a nice sip after work. This brewer has not disappointed so far and I look forward to trying their other offerings.
